The Martial Way

We believe that in order for a martial art to be effective and relevant, it cannot be predicated on competition.  The martial way (Budo) is a path to enlightenment  that begins and ends with respect and discipline.  You cannot achieve enlightenment with a big ego.

Real martial arts training teaches people how to recognize and mitigate violence.  This happens through awareness and consistent, vigorous training that focuses on realistic, close-quarter combat scenarios.

True martial arts training requires time and commitment.  You cannot learn how to defend yourself at a weekend seminar.  It requires reps and sweat.  Through that process, you grow and become an enlightened human being.

We are happy to train with anyone, but we do ask that you reach out to us first by calling 513-600-2260 or fill out our contact form HERE

Learn More About Martial Arts

Beginning or returning to martial arts can be intimidating for adult learners.  We want you to feel comfortable and confident in choosing our dojo.

Take a moment and follow the link below to our martial arts page where you can learn more about the arts that we teach.

Personal Training

Personal Training is not just about losing weight and looking better in your clothes.  At least not for us.

It has way more to do with how you feel, physically, emotionally and spiritually.  Not just "body confidence," but the realization that you can create and achieve attainable goals for yourself.  Goals like gaining balance, strength, stability, agility, speed, power, etc.  Personal Training is about improving your every day life.

A seasoned professional will make goals with you, not for you.  They will adapt to how you are feeling each session, not just provide a cookie-cutter workout that requires little or no thought or input from you.
